As a Technical Product Manager, you continuously translate overarching business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications. In this role you:
Analyze and evaluate global market trends and bring in the outside perspective.
Develop (IT) products, from concept to launch, in an international business environment.
Are an ambassador of your products to senior stakeholders and you seek alignment on critical strategic product decisions.
Develop products that create value for our customers.
You lead and manage agile teams or strategic projects.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.
Experience in leading strategic/cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills.
Ideally - experience with HR Products development management
Experience translating business requirements into products.
Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level.
Experience in steering vendors effectively.
Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solutions.
Experience managing international teams.
Nice to have: Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners.
Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit.
You are flexible for business travels.
