In the Experience Management Office (XMO), Systrack SME is tasked with expertly managing and optimizing SysTrack. This role focuses on monitoring and enhancing employees digital experiences by configuring, maintaining, and utilizing this tool to collect detailed data on digital work environment performance. The SME identifies issues affecting user experience and provides actionable insights to boost overall productivity and satisfaction.
