Systems Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the Plant, keeping its integration
• Work under the Corporate coordination and contribute to the general performance of BA Group giving inputs and informing about best practices in place in the plant
• Support the plant´s departments, to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards and legal requirements
• Prepare and attend internal and external audits. Perform root cause analysis to deviations under his/her responsibility and support all the departments on the same task, identifying corrective actions and ensuring adequate follow-up and effectiveness evaluation.
• Ensure a “culture” of continuous improvement, detecting and helping to correct problems and studying opportunities to achieve the best performance of the Management systems implemented or to be at the plant
• Establish and ensure the fulfilment of monitoring plans (Food safety)
• Create and ensure fulfilment of drills plan (Food safety)
• Assist food safety team to complete the respective activities
• Develop required data and analyses in accordance with applicable requirements

Our requirements

• Knowledge of management systems: ISO 9001, Food Safety STD, (preference to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001)
• Higher education
• Knowledge of English enabling communication in an international environment
• Driving License
• Availability to travel
• Willing to work in industrial environment
• Good collaborating/negotiation skills
• CV in English language is obligatory
