We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team at Displate. In this role, youll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure our IT Infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently, supporting operations of all three locations and 200+ employees. You’ll take the lead in advancing our infrastructure, maintaining high system availability, and driving continuous improvement across our tech environment. You’ll design robust solutions, choose and implement the right technologies, and help shape the future of our IT landscape. Were looking for someone who can not only solve complex technical challenges but also mentor others and contribute to building scalable, secure, and future-ready IT services that support our company’s growth. Serve as the technical architect and strategist for IT Operations Design and implement technology solutions that align with business needs Evaluate and select technology stacks, tools, and platforms Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT Operations team Collaborate with the IT Operations Lead to ensure alignment on technology strategy and implementation Oversee technical quality and performance of IT infrastructure and services Develop and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with IT leadership Research and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency Lead the technical implementation of projects and initiatives, such as migration of the infrastructure to the cloud Ensure high-quality technical execution and delivery of IT services Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders People management and direct supervision of the IT Operations team Final decision-making on budget and finance related to IT Operations Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role Ability to design scalable, secure, and robust IT solutions Excellent communication skills in Polish and English Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure best practices Hands-on experience with most of our tech stack: Windows Server 2025 Azure Cloud Active Directory / EntraID (Hybrid environment) Windows Fileservers DNS and network infrastructure HPE hardware (servers, disk arrays) Linux (nice to have) What else have we got others probably dont?
