fluency in English
experience in large enterprise environments
deep knowledge of Citrix VAD infrastructure (PVS, Storefront, etc.) and Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2022
sufficient PowerShell for automations
extended experience with ITSM processes and the basics of project management
collaborating with different teams and providers, and a multicultural working background
analytical skills and a proactive approach to improve products and services
