We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our AI platform development team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and developers—ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and managing requirements, while also facilitating Agile processes to support efficient delivery.
As part of our innovation efforts, we are working on onboarding Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity and decision-making across the organization.
responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for application developers which may include data modelling, dataflow diagramming, screen design, workflow analysis.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Work closely with product owners to build roadmap, prioritize backlog items and clarify requirements.
Support the development team by providing requirement clarifications.
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and communicate them proactively.
Create process flows, wireframes, and diagrams to visualize requirements and system interactions.
Participate in testing activities, including reviewing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing.
Monitor project progress and report on requirement status and changes.
Continuously improve Agile processes and team collaboration practices.
Stay up to date with AI/ML domain knowledge to better understand platform needs and challenges.
Develop clear methodology documents using interviewing skills, workflow analysis, dataflow diagrams, screen design, ERD modeling, and reporting specifications.
Review and triage business requests and guide analysts in producing solutions.
Work with business teams, clients, and prospects to design solutions for their processing needs.
Assist with application configuration.
Guide developers through the build process.
Maintain and improve operational documentation, procedures, and standards.
Use tools such like: Jira, Confluence, Visio for requirements and diagramming.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
requirements-expected :
BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in systems development projects, ideally in ML/AI/LLM domains.
Strong analytical and design skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Working knowledge of relational databases and data modeling; experience with SQL is a plus.
Financial services experience and related business knowledge is a plus
Experience with Business Intelligence/Reporting tools and building complex data solutions is a plus.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
