• We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Systems & Business Analyst!

• Identify business needs of users;
• Obtaining, defining and documenting business requirements;
• Analysis of functional requirements;
• Business process design;
• Support in implementation of solutions;
• Preparation and delivery of user training;
• Developing user documentation;
• Collaborating with the project team

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in preparing professional business analysis and communication
• with business use
• Having one or both of the following certificates: PMI-PBA or CPRE; Also CCBA is not a requirement but would be nice to have.
• Knowledge of software development methods;
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML notation;
• Knowledge of CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect);
• Experience in the area of preparing labor intensity estimates is welcome;
• Technical education preferred;
• English - B2
