Obowiązki/Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by phone, email, Teams chat messages, the IT Helpdesk Ticketing System or in-person.
- Routine daily office IT operational support
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Shared maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
- Install and configure new Windows and Mac laptops.
- Follow-up and update customer ticket status and information
- Procurement of IT equipment and accessories and coordination of shipping as needed.
- End-user account management with Active Directory and MS/Azure Entra ID.
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.
Wymagania/Experience requirements / Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge and experience of LAN and Wi-Fi networking, network printers, laptop/workstation hardware and network troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS software installation
- Experienced Linux administrator level knowledge.
- Experienced in a primarily SaaS environment. Office365, CrowdStrike, Druva, Zoom, Mimecast, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune, Kandji or equivalent cloud software.
- Collaborative attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.
- French fluencyNice to have Skills.

- Data management and governance principles.
- Familiar with GDPR privacy standards and controls.
