Working with IT and Business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
Leading and coordinating system upgrades, migrations and optimizations
Creating and maintaining system documentation and conducting training for users and support teams

In-depth knowledge and experience in the administration and support of IT systems in the area of Pharma Manufacturing
In-depth knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements like CSV, GxP compliance, FDA regulations, ISO standards
Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way
