As a System Owner in the Diagnostics Manufacturing IT area, you are responsible for the entire life cycle of IT systems within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) ecosystem. You ensure that the systems are established and operated in a stable, secure and compliant manner with regulatory and business requirements. You work closely with international teams and support continuous improvements to the IT system landscape.

Update: This is a fully remote role in Poland

Important: The specialist must be available to attend workshops at the Warsaw office once a month or every two months


  • Experience in the administration and support of IT systems, ideally in the area of manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of MES systems (PharmaSuite) and their integration into company processes
  • Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP compliance, FDA regulations, ISO standards)
  • Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in an international environment and in working with global teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way
  • Ability to Travel to German Sites (Mannheim, Penzberg) - e.g. twice per year
  • English language skills at least on B2+ level
  • Nice to have:
    German language skilsl at least on B1 level
