We’re looking for an experienced System Owner (MES) to take responsibility for the full lifecycle of IT systems in the Manufacturing Execution Systems area. Youll ensure stable and compliant system operations across multiple international sites, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated (GxP/FDA/ISO) environment.

System Owner – MES / PharmaSuite (Hybrid – Warsaw + Remote)

Your responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and further develop MES systems (e.g. PharmaSuite)
• Ensure system stability, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, and optimizations across multiple sites
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Create documentation and deliver user/support training
• Drive technical innovation and efficiency improvements

Our requirements

• Proven experience administering and supporting complex IT systems
• Solid knowledge of MES platforms, especially PharmaSuite
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA, ISO 13485 or similar regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in international teams
• Experience working in life sciences or pharmaceutical IT
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• German language skills
