YOUR CLIENT

We are partnering with a leading technology company to enhance the features of their media playback framework. The project covers various aspects of the Vega Media Playback Framework (VMPF) and involves triaging and fixing backlog and incoming issues, as well as achieving content coverage goals. Additionally, we aim to enhance the user experience by implementing innovative solutions and ensuring high performance.

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop new features for multiplayer interactions within the Vega Media Playback Framework.
• Triage issues in the VMPF stack using apps, URLs, and logs provided by the customer.
• Identify the correct module (App, JS Player, core VMPF stack) where issues are observed.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 4 years of experience in software development and debugging.
• Experience in development applications for the multimedia domain.
• Experience working with GStreamer.
• Experience working with React Native components.
• Experience in triaging and fixing software issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Bitmovin, Shaka Player, dash.js, or hls.js.
• Experience working with the Vega Media Playback Framework.
