Job Description:

• Participate in technical projects to provide the application architecture design and launch support of regional & global applications, following security regulations as well as the ZF given framework in a hybrid environment (Cloud & on-premise).
• Design and set up adequate End to End monitoring solutions for launched applications, especially for the message bus systems installed globally.
• As part of the 3rd level support, lead and ensure root cause analysis of problems, performance and availability issues, and initiate corrective actions and implementation of preventative measures.
• Write standard operating procedures for extended support teams as well as end-user facing self-service support documents.
• Intake customer requests, consulting, and developing solutions based on the IT-Service-Operation framework.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level application administration and application infrastructure, as well as hands-on experience in DevOps build and/or environment automation and monitoring.
• Understanding of security best practices and standards around Application Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers like Azure or AWS.
• Driven to automate environments and monitoring with common tools like Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar solutions.
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• ITIL experience; related Information Systems certifications would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
