Key Activities For This Role

• Design, develop and support robust and scalable Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) dashboards using MyInsights Studio, HTML5 and JavaScript.
• Design, develop and support dashboards that source data from external sources other than Veeva CRM and Vault CRM, particularly AWS RDS service.
• Participate in focused mission teams to deliver value‑driven solutions aligned to global initiatives.
• Provide Level 3 and 4 technical support to internal users, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring rapid system uptime.
• Participate in continuous delivery pipeline, adhering to DevOps best practices for version control, automation and deployment; manage the Value Team backlog.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and technologies in full‑stack development on Veeva and Salesforce cloud platforms.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Years of hands‑on experience designing and developing Veeva MyInsights dashboards for the life‑science industry.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Vault CRM data model and modules (calls, events, suggestions).
• Experience building dashboards using Veeva MyInsights Studio, HTML5 and Veeva’s JavaScript library.
• Experience with Salesforce SOQL queries and administration tools such as Workbench and Data Loader.
• Experience writing Salesforce APEX code.
• Strong understanding of the life‑sciences/pharma industry across commercial, manufacturing and medical domains.
• Cross‑cultural experience collaborating in diverse regions.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience supporting and configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Veeva CRM and Vault CRM Certified Administrator.
• Certified Salesforce Developer Level 1 or Level 2.
• Experience with integration software such as MuleSoft.
• Experience with user authentication and authorization across devices (OAuth, Azure Mobile Device Management).
• Evidence of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience sourcing data into Veeva dashboards from AWS S3/RDS via RESTful APIs.
• Experience authenticating against AWS services with Veeva’s JavaScript library.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.

• This permanent role is based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working is offered, with an expectation for some office presence.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the office.
