responsibilities :

• Provide 2nd Level Support and manage administrative tasks within a hybrid Microsoft Exchange Environment and Mail archive solution.
• Handle 2nd Level Support and administrative tasks for other solutions managed by the team, such as email encryption Gateway, Mail gateway, and Mobile Device Management.
• Implement script solutions to automate processes and tasks.
• Manage Microsoft Teams, including the Microsoft Phone system.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the current IT landscape.
• Create and maintain documentation for the above systems.
• Support the systems and serve as a point of contact for customers regarding 2nd Level technical questions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Exchange on-premise solution.
• Proficient in Mailgateway or Mail encryption solution.
• Proficient in Mail Archive solutions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Server family products.
• Ability to take responsibility for project tasks.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with a focus on MS Teams and MS Phone system
