Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ADAS, Interior, and Parking features.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of feature alignment, implementation, and delivery.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support calibration and tuning activities for the final feature on the respective vehicle platform.
- Define product parameters and functionality in line with customer expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, experts, suppliers to ensure successful feature implementation.
- Evaluate feature performance under test-drive conditions.
- Collaborate closely with software and test engineering teams.
- Participate actively in system reviews and project meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical innovation initiatives and organizational programs.
- Deliver tasks in compliance with E&S quality standards and project timelines.
- Uphold a positive company image with customers and partners, continuously develop professional skills, and ensure confidentiality of information and company assets.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of electronics and fundamentals of electronic measurements.
- Experience with microcontroller-based applications and software development concepts.
- Good command of English and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity in interactions with the company, customers, and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving; basic Python knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ADAS systems and features is considered a plus.
Preferred Requirements
- Practical knowledge of automotive electronics.
- Previous experience within the automotive industry.
