Role & Purpose

Our Lawful Intercept (LI) solution, DataBridge 6, is a market leader for deployment within CSP networks. As threats evolve, the data generated by social media and smartphones becomes crucial for law enforcement and security agencies to monitor threats, investigate crimes, and prosecute offenders.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborating within a large multidisciplinary team.
• Engaging in customer and project-based systems engineering, including requirements analysis, solution development, and customer liaison.
• Leading projects through testing phases and into support.
• Rapid prototyping and developing demonstration systems.
• Contributing technically to bids and estimates.
• Providing customer support, fault investigation, troubleshooting, and training.

What are we looking for?

• A broad technical background in software and platform investigation, design, deployment, and testing.
• Experience with designing production systems, including business continuity, disaster recovery, load balancing, data replication, backup, and high availability.
• Strong team working skills and understanding of other roles within a team.
• A motivated problem-solver with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under constraints.

Desirable Skills

• Multi-tasking and organizational skills in dynamic environments.
• Experience with secure design principles.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Knowledge of version control and release management principles.
• Networking, protocols, telecommunications, OSI model, and traffic analysis knowledge.

Technologies

• Linux command line, core Linux services configuration.
• Virtualization and orchestration (e.g., VMWare, AWS, Kubernetes).
• KVM and ESXI hypervisors.
• Version control tools like Git or Perforce.
• Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with software testing, automation, and security benchmarks.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
• Experience with monitoring solutions like ELK, TICK stacks.
• Database knowledge: MySQL, MongoDB.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Web UI and frontend architecture understanding.
• Tools like Logstash, InfluxDB, Grafana, Jenkins, Wireshark.
