Employer: International sensor company Location: Bielsko-Biała (hybrid work model with mandatory office visits 1- 2 days every one to two weeks) Rate: 13 000 - 17 000 PLN on UoP Cooperation model: Employment contract Start date: ASAP Recruitment process: 2-3 online interviews Technology stack: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft Server Your role is to: -> Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes; -> Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices; -> Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); -> Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments; -> Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring; Your skills and experiences: -> 3 years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role; -> Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments; -> Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO; -> Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage; -> Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management; -> Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus); -> Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring); -> Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage); -> Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional); -> Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training; -> Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).
