Duties • System design and control of related technical solutions • Integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with delivery specifications and industry standards • Cooperate with project managers, engineers and customers to define system requirements • Develop and execute system level test plans to verify performance, safety and compliance with regulatory standards • Analyse test results and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency • Research emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in lift and handling solutions • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system developments and lifecycle management
Required skills • Technical background Electrical/Mechanical/Structural • Practical experience in described or similar role • Strong system understanding in the interface between electrical drive systems, automation, hydraulics and mechanical construction • Preferably experience with modern electrical drive systems, energy storage systems and maritime lift and handling system. • Good English and Polish language skills proficiency at a minimum B2 level • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Team oriented and high ability to collaborate
