We are looking for a System Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project in the automotive industry. The role involves end-to-end design and development of complex automotive systems. You will define system architecture, ensure requirements traceability, interface with stakeholders, and support integration, testing, and validation to deliver high-performance, compliant vehicle systems.
Tasks
- Define and document system architecture and interfaces for embedded automotive systems
- Capture and manage system requirements using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools
- Work closely with domain experts, software developers, and validation engineers
- Support system integration, verification, and validation at component, system, and vehicle levels
- Collaborate with global teams and support cross-functional development activities
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in Systems Modeling (MBSE)
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion)
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Architect tool
- Experience in analysing and documenting system requirements
- Knowledge of CAN and other communication protocols
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Readiness to work from the clients office in Wrocław twice a month
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive industry or with heavy machinery
- Previous work with standards and machinery directives
- Expertise in model-based development and simulation tools (e.g., Simulink, Stateflow)
