Responsibilities
- Lifecycle management, operation and 2nd level support for applications, systems and components, including Microsoft Windows Client, client hardware and drivers, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and hardware manufacturer‑specific solutions (e.g., Dell, HP).
- Implementation and optimisation of the hardware lifecycle process.
- Ensuring the functionality of the hardware based on the management platform.
- Integration and testing of hardware components and drivers.
- Support users with end‑device issues.
- Administration tasks in existing management systems per requirements.
- Analysis and troubleshooting in the client management system.
- Collaboration on projects (S‑XL).
- Design, implementation, communication and rollout of lifecycle activities.
- Participation in training and certification programmes with management.
- Performing and documenting functional tests.
- Maintaining necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Microsoft Windows client management and enterprise support.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience with hardware lifecycle processes, hardware drive management and manufacturer solutions (e.g., Dell, HP).
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Analytical thinking and structured working style.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Willingness to pursue continuous training.
