Hybrid work from Poznań, Contract of Employment (UoP)
Your new role
Leading, facilitating, and documenting meetings focused on software architecture alignment, including acting as a technical expert and assessing associated risks.
Developing and documenting technical concepts in areas such as communication (E2E, SOME/IP, VLAN, CAN/LIN), logging (XCP/A2L, DLT), functional safety (ASIL decomposition), security (SecPD compliance), diagnostics, NVM handling, scheduling, execution management, software update concepts (UDS, ORU), and middleware requirements.
Presenting and negotiating technical concepts with internal and external stakeholders.
Creating, aligning, and publishing system-level requirements for components (BT‑LAH, QLAH).
Preparing and presenting technical decisions to relevant committees to ensure delivery readiness for pre‑series and series milestones.
Documenting system and software architecture in component specifications using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong command of English and Polish, along with solid teamwork skills.
Proven experience in software development and system architecture within the automotive domain.
Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and real‑time operating systems (RTOS).
Familiarity with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262.
Experience working with agile development tools, including Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
