Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate development or configuration changes within our event-driven hub product
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and develop comprehensive solutions
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans
Support the implementation and testing phases to ensure the product meets defined requirements and standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios, including data flow analysis using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and AKHQ
Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role
Proficient in requirement gathering, system documentation, and solution design
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data integration
Proficiency in Polish and English is required
Practical knowledge of DWH related topics as well as practical skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and noSQL (MongoDB) databases
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with the ability to understand and document cloud-native solutions
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
Good understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of industry standards and compliance requirements
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, EKS)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and technologies, with strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes
