We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with web applications based on Oracle/MSSQL databases, performing system and functional analysis, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. 1. Perform system and functional analyses of IT systems to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with Analysts and Project Managers to prepare preliminary project estimates and provide consultations.
3. Design new solutions and ensure their integration within existing systems.
4. Create analytical documentation using UML for project clarity and future reference.
5. Expand and maintain the internal knowledge base, sharing valuable insights with the team.
6. Support and execute verification and integration tests of IT systems to ensure quality delivery.
7. Handle external IT change orders, overseeing their implementation.
8. Review IT system analyses to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
9. Work closely with IT system suppliers to ensure smooth system integration.
10. Assist team members to ensure the successful development of applications.
11. Supervise the software development process, including the execution of change requests (CR).
12. Collaborate with other organizational units to align system solutions with business needs.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors or based on approved procedures and instructions.

Requirements

1. Higher education in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical, system, and functional analysis of web applications based on Oracle/MSSQL databases.
2. Strong knowledge of system analysis methods and requirements modeling.
3. Experience with tools for creating analytical and test specifications.
4. Proficiency in UML for documentation and process flow design.
5. Programming skills in Java.
6. Knowledge of PL/SQL programming.
7. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
8. Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects.
