System Analyst will understand, analyze and document the organization’s business requirements in the ABO Success and Purchase/Post purchase area and to help design technical solutions for the business processes.
This individual will partner with the Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Business functions (mainly Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Tax and Supply Chain) to draft and groom stories, conduct sessions with business for requirements review and approval, with the technology teams to start the development, and partner system applications to ensure that they understand the requirements and their development is also progressing. This role will also be instrumental in answering questions from the technology team and Business, so as the development process is not stuck.This individual will partner with the QA team and Business to prepare test scenarios and ensure that after the successful conclusion of the UAT, the approval is secured for the deployment.

Requirements Delivery
- Partner with the Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Business functions (mainly Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Tax and Supply Chain) to draft and groom stories.
- Lead requirement review sessions with business stakeholders to validate needs and secure approval, translating business objectives into actionable deliverables – for example :Website/App business enhancements, Legal & regulatory requirements etc.
- Conduct kick-off sessions with technology teams to translate approved requirements into technical specifications and initiate development activities.
- Coordinate with the partner system applications to ensure that they understand the requirements and their development is also progressing.
- Answering questions from the technology team and Business.
- Manage requirements in JIRA in form of stories/epics.
- Occasionally help with estimating the stories size, and effort estimates.
QA Support
- Partner with the QA team and Business to prepare test scenarios
- Ensure that after the successful conclusion of the UAT, the approval is secured for the deployment.
Subject Matter Expert
- Act as SME of Technology team in the business area with end-to-end knowledge of system.
Reporting
- Report status to Leaders.
- Prepare and show presentations, when required.
Data Analysis
Provide high-level data analysis and critical evaluation of business cases to assess the strategic value, feasibility, and impact of new requirements prior to approval.
Production defects. Collaborate with the Production support Leader to occasionally review the defects and for repeated problems, be willing to present solutions to prevent the repeated problems. This role is not expected to support fixing the defects.

Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in technology roles, with at least 5 years as Systems analyst or Business analyst.
Proven experience in writing user stories using JIRA.
Understanding of back-office processes, promotions, products, prices, checkout, post checkout, supply chain processes is preferable.
Some knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture.
Background in Agile/Scrum is preferable not mandatory.
Experience in eCommerce Industry is preferable.
