We are looking for an experienced System/Business System Analyst, wholl support our client - a leader in information management helping organizations to protect, unlock, and maximize the value of their information.

responsibilities :
Gather and analyze requirements for new software and services
Create backlogs, diagrams, and technical documentation
Master and challenge requirements gathered from stakeholders (internal and external)
Sketch UI and mock up REST services
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations, and stakeholders
Participate in testing of provided solutions
Contribute to software architecture and business logic design
Represent the company in client meetings, particularly in IT and implementation discussions
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a System or Business System Analyst in the development of complex web systems
Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN
Understanding of REST and microservices architecture
Experience in design and documenting API specifications
At least basic SQL knowledge and ability to create queries
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Full proficiency in English (at least C1) and Polish (native)
At least basic knowledge of SCRUM
