Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. Additionally, production of motors for wipers has begun. The plants main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about staff members.

Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina, we recruit a System & Software Quality Engineer

• Assessment of software and system development processes according to Automotive SPICE norms and their status reporting
• Monitoring of project improvement plans and tracking issues until closure
• Creation of Software & System Quality Assurance Plans and Strategies in collaboration with project contributors
• Cooperation with R&D and software development departments
• Analyzing and applying Customer Specific Software Quality Requirements into projects
• Preparation of project documentation and project teams for internal and customer audits, managing the project improvement plan
• Being a single point of contact for customer software quality relevant issues

Join our team if you have:

• Engineering/Master Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Quality, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive industry/IT
• Job background in projects and software development
• Work experience as a Software Quality Engineer, practical ability to perform ASPICE audits and SW Release audits
• Advanced command of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work autonomously
• Very good knowledge of Automotive SPICE including level 3 requirements
