The System Administrator on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team plays a key role in safeguarding our global enterprise by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. In this dynamic role, you will help shape and operate the identity and access management (IAM) foundation that supports our worldwide workforce and critical automotive manufacturing systems.
You will own and enhance essential access control processes, including user provisioning, role lifecycle changes, offboarding, and user access reviews, while driving strong segregation of duties (SOD) practices across the organization. This position also supports and optimizes the applications and platforms that enable secure, compliant access on a global scale.

Support & maintain a centralized process for access management (provisioning, job role change, termination, user access review, and SOD in a global, multi-system environment
Works in close contact with other IT functions, system business owners, and Internal Audit to ensure security policies and procedures are up to date and followed
Administers and monitors defined applications and utilities to monitor compliance control points
Will serve as a liaison for business users, management, SAP teams, and any other IT teams to ensure business needs are met, while providing a secure and auditable environment
Assist with respect to technically supporting IAM tools, integrations, and policies/procedures in support of system software upgrades and/or testing of software patches
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years’ experience in IAM, IT administration, or security operations.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory (accounts, groups, RBAC, conditional access, lifecycle).
Understanding of access/security concepts for ERP systems, preferably SAP; experience with role-based ERP security is a plus.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as identity governance, access review/recertification tools, and privileged access management (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
Solid understanding of identity and security principles: PIM, least privilege, Zero Trust, SOD.
Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes, role/entitlement management, and troubleshooting access issues.
Familiarity with MFA, SSO, and modern authentication (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
Working knowledge of Windows environments, basic PowerShell scripting, and enterprise ticketing systems.
Experience in global environments and supporting audits, UARs, and controls (SOX, ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2).
Cybersecurity/IT certifications preferred (e.g., Security+, CySA+).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
Ability to learn, train others, and manage priorities in a complex environment; AI/automation experience is a plus
