Your new company
On behalf of our Client, international company located in Silesia, we are currently looking for the IAM System Administrator that will support and enhance the identity and access foundation.
Your new role
- Support and maintain centralized access management processes (provisioning, role changes, terminations, access reviews, and SoD) in a global, multi‑system environment.
- Managing key access workflows while ensuring secure and compliant operations across all systems involved.
- Improve and support IAM tools and applications that enable secure access at scale, contributing to a strong and modern identity foundation.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, system owners, and Internal Audit to ensure policies are current, consistent, and adhered to.
- Support to development of standardized policies and enhance workflows aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Administer and monitor applications and tools that enforce compliance and access controls, supporting continuous optimization of the IAM ecosystem.
- Act as a liaison between business users, management, SAP teams, and IT to balance business needs with security and auditability.
- Assist with technical support for IAM tools, integrations, upgrades, and testing of patches or changes - helping to advance IAM capabilities and address complex access challenges in a fast‑paced global environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM or IT administration.
- Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory (accounts, groups, RBAC, conditional access, lifecycle).
- Understanding of ERP access/security concepts (SAP preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA and PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
- Good understanding of identity/security principles: PIM, least privilege, Zero Trust, SoD.
- Experience with provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MFA, SSO, and modern authentication (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Working knowledge of Windows, basic PowerShell, and ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive and detail‑oriented.
- Experience in global environments, audits, and compliance (SOX, ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2) is a plus.
- Experience with AI/automation tools is a plus.
