We’re looking for a System Administrator for an international IT company, providing hands-on management of Unix-like systems and helping to ensure smooth and secure operations across local and cloud environments.. The company works across multiple industries, including food distribution, aviation, banking, travel, and other service sectors.
responsibilities :
Monitor, maintain, and optimize Unix-based systems (Debian/Ubuntu)
Collaborate with development teams, other system administrators, and project managers
to coordinate tasks and deliverables
Support infrastructure across on-premises and remote environments
Implement automation tools and new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability
Ensure security, uptime, and performance of systems and services
Participate in rotational coverage for monitoring and incident response
Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding technical tasks and project status
requirements-expected :
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
Experience with system administration on Debian or Ubuntu servers
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Motivated to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
