responsibilities :
Maintain and monitor system infrastructure including operating systems, databases, and hardware
Configure and troubleshoot system software and hardware components
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems align with financial application requirements
Implement and support backup and recovery solutions including SAN environments
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure systems are secure and regularly patched
Support the deployment of financial applications and maintain system compatibility
Assist in documenting system configurations and procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to technical incidents
Cooperate with vendors and service providers on system-related issues
requirements-expected :
A degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
Basic experience with MS SQL
Experience with Kubernetess
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes
Knowledge of system software and hardware tools
Experience with operating systems, databases, and SAN environments
Familiarity with applications used in financial institutions
Basic knowledge of English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
High stress resistance and problem-solving mindset
