Administration of Microsoft Windows Server OS, including OS updates, version upgrades/migrations, hardening and security
Administration of SQL instances and databases, including updates, upgrades, backups, restores, troubleshooting, performance tuning
Administration of MS File Servers
Administration of Printers, Print Servers, and related printing services
Administration of MS Infrastructure Services (AD, BitLocker, CA, DFS, DHCP, DNS)
Administration of Client, Server and User Group Policy Objects
Administration of WSUS for Clients and Servers updates
System documentation, configuration, and error analysis
Incident and problem management (2nd and 3rd level support)
Ensure service continuity and improvements
Lead and participate in international IT projects
Analyses and sustains capacity and performance requirements
Monitors systems and platforms for availability
Oversees backup, clustering, mirroring, replication, and failover
Performs maintenance operations daily, weekly, and monthly
requirements-expected :
Minimum 10 years of experience in a LAN/WAN environment (Microsoft) supporting a 500+ end user environment
Experience in Microsoft based products and services (Active Directory, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, RDS, Certificate Services)
Experience in administration of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
Understanding of data communications, various Operating Systems, proxy servers, firewalls, security layers, dial-up and IP technology, LAN/WAN network technology. Knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, SSH
Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
Experience in administrating MS SQL Server, 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016
Experience in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Experience in VOIP systems and technologies
Experience in supporting a global, distributed, multi-language environment
Experience in using a ticketing system
Fluent English language is fundamental
IT related higher education qualification
Driving License
Ability to travel across EU
