We are looking for a SysOps Engineer for the Cloud Native Team at the Innovation Hub in our office in Łódź, Poland.

As a SysOps Engineer, you will help operate solutions for divisions going through a technological as well as organisational transformation. Working in a small group, you’ll support cloud operations by creating and automating daily cloud tasks, such as authentication, authorization, cost inquiries, account requests & others. We are a multi- cloud company (AWS, Azure & GCP), meaning that you will get to apply a diverse mix of tools and services. You will implement best practices and help teams across multiple divisions to build upon the solutions that you help support.

This Is You:

• You have experience configuring and managing AWS Identity Access Management (IAM), including roles, policies, and JSON configurations.
• Youre proficient in administering AWS IAM Identity Center (SSO) and handling permission sets.
• You know your way around Azure AD, creating groups and managing users.
• Keeping documentation up-to-date in Confluence is something you do well.
• You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Practical experience with AWS IAM (roles, policies, and identity centre).
• Familiarity with managing Azure AD groups and users.
• Ability to maintain and update documentation using Confluence.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken),

Good to Have:

• Understanding of AWS CloudFormation, EventBridge, and Lambda.
• Experience with AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, and managing AWS S3 buckets and policies.
• Skills in Node.js/JavaScript and using GitLab for version control.
• Familiarity with AWS Tag Editor for resource organization.
• Exposure to AWS Organizations, Control Tower, Glue, and Athena.
• Understanding of AWS Cost & Usage Reports (CUR) and optimizing costs using Savings Plans or Reservations.
