Swiss Payroll Operations - Senior Associate

Overview
Role: Swiss Payroll Operations - Senior Associate. Location: Warsaw, Poland (as referenced in the posting). This position focuses on end-to-end Swiss payroll processing, with governance and collaboration across internal partners and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end processing and delivery of monthly payroll.
- Ensure monthly tax payments and compliance requirements are met for Switzerland Payroll.
- Respond to and resolve employee payroll queries with a strong customer service ethos.
- Collaborate with internal partners (Finance and HR) to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Partner with external payroll vendors for timely and accurate service delivery.
- Evaluate payroll processes for continuous improvement and identify risks with proposal for solutioning.
- Comply with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Work across the EMEA region in partnership with other team members to standardize procedures and processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience leading a team both locally and through a disbursed model.
- Demonstrate ability to drive efficiency through use of Intelligent Automation.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Swiss Payroll processes, Tax and Employment Laws as well as knowledge of Swiss Payroll Accounting practices.
- Experience managing complex cross-border, shadow payroll and expatriate work arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deliverables for oneself and team.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to manage, motivate and lead a team of skilled staff while taking equitable and fair decisions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Ability to make sound business decisions and know when to escalate issues.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm and external partners.
- Agile mindset and ability to facilitate changes in procedures, processes and systems.
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written) with strong customer focus and the ability to articulate complex payroll processes to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience with ADP Global View and ADP Decidium.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze/reconcile data and present findings.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience in a large global multinational environment.
- Experience with other EMEA payrolls, in internal or external payroll organizations.
