We are currently seeking a Sustainability Project and Partnership Coordinator to join our team.

This position will be based in Warsaw. As a key member of our international team, you will play a significant role in supporting sustainability projects and partnerships. You will facilitate data collection, provide valuable market insights, and lead initiatives focused on circularity. Your work will bridge the gap between sustainability goals and business needs, ensuring a seamless integration of circularity principles with customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide sustainability-related data, insights, and collaboration opportunities to enhance value propositions for our dealer network.
2. Facilitate the collection and analysis of data to generate key market insights that inform sustainability strategies and customer engagement.
3. Support strategic sustainability projects including circularity-pilot initiatives and customer data processes.
4. Serve as the PMO (Project Management Office) for the Sustainability Commercialization team, ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability metrics into dealer offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6. Track project progress, report on milestones, and proactively identify and address risks or challenges.
7. Provide project management support to the Sustainability Commercialization team to maintain focus and drive momentum.
8. Prepare and support quarterly customer engagement sessions, reinforcing our sustainability message.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a proven ability to drive initiatives forward.
2. Experience in sustainability-related data collection, market analysis, and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights.
3. Familiarity with circularity principles and their integration into business processes.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with dealers and internal teams.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly and effectively.

What We Offer:

This role is based at our office in Warsaw, Poland. While you are not required to be onsite every day, we value strong teamwork and collaboration, and physical presence will foster better results. You should expect to travel around 30 days annually, both domestically and internationally.
