Your Role And Responsibilities
- Solving client challenges effectively: Understand clients’ main challenges and develop solutions that help them reach true business value through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support.
- Agile planning and execution: Create and execute agile plans, install and provision assets, test, migrate to production, and manage day‑two operations.
- Technical solution workshops: Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
- Building effective relationships: Develop successful relationships at all levels—from engineers to CxOs—while navigating challenging debates to reach healthy resolutions.
- Self‑motivated problem solver: Demonstrate a natural bias toward self‑motivation, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to navigate data and people to find answers and present solutions.
- Collaboration and communication: Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills while working across the client, partner, and IBM teams.
Preferred Education
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling, and influential.
- At least 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in a client environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a leading participant in business process workshops and presenting processes/links to solution.
- At least 5 years of experience with full life‑cycle solution implementations, including requirements, configuration, and testing.
- At least 5 years of experience with post‑implementation support (e.g., security administration, configuration issues, etc.).
- OpenShift & Containerization knowledge.
- IBM Cloud Pak for Data.
- Fluent English; additional European language desired (German and/or French – big plus!).
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Strong data manipulation skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (a test is part of the interview).
- Experience in BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools advantageous.
- Maximo Application Server experience.
- Asset Management.
- Mobile Asset Management.
- Energy and Utilities experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Dynamic team player comfortable in a small, rapidly evolving environment.
- Passion for making a difference in the profession and the environment.
- Deep maintenance knowledge of overall job plan creation for all asset types (especially linear).
