Our Client, an international company with an SSC/GBS structure in Poland, is now looking for an ESG Analyst to join their team!

Our Client operates globally and is renowned for its sustainable approach to business and high-quality products. Their SSC/GBS structure has been developing over the past 3 years and continues to expand in new functions and processes.

Description

• Support the implementation of the companys sustainability strategy.
• Assist in coordinating sustainability projects and initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure timely execution.
• Manage sustainability metrics in collaboration with different business functions and prepare reports for internal and external audiences, including waste, water, energy data, GHG reporting, lifecycle assessments, and emissions reduction strategies.
• Lead customer engagement efforts as needed.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, integrating them into organizational strategies.

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate sustainability; experience with sustainable sourcing programs is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency in sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across functions.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
