We’re looking for an experienced Maximo professional who is passionate about building solutions that drive environmental impact, empower global enterprises, and support sustainability transformation journeys.

Role Highlights:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Maximo Application Suite
- Solve complex client challenges across design, development, integration, migration, and support
- Participate in agile planning, installation, provisioning, testing, and day‑two operations
- Conduct and contribute to technical solution workshops
- Work with stakeholders from engineering teams to C‑level executives
- Apply strong analytical, coding, and debugging skills in real‑world delivery scenarios
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Maximo solutions
- 3+ years working as a consultant in client‑facing roles
- Strong experience leading business process workshops and linking processes to solutions
- Solid background in post‑implementation support (security, configuration, issue resolution)
- Knowledge of OpenShift, containerization, and Cloud Pak for Data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating real environmental impact
