As Sustainability and Social Impact Analyst you will be play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various departments to address customer and investor inquiries. This role involves coordinating responses, ensuring timely and accurate information flow, and enhancing overall customer and investor satisfaction. This role will also play an important role in SIS Data Management and Workiva Systems Coordination.
responsibilities :
System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ESG data management systems and software.
Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customer and investor inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments to gather and provide accurate information.
Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Investor Relations.
Response Management: Track and manage the resolution of customer and investor questions, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
Data Accuracy: Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of ESG data collected from various sources.
Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders.
User Support: Provide training and support to internal users on ESG systems and tools.
Compliance: Ensure that ESG data management practices comply with controls and frameworks being developed and established with Financial Assurance
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, sustainability, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and integration of ESG systems.
Data Assessment: Evaluate the current state of SIS data maturity, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Data Quality: Implement and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of SIS data.
Best Practices: Develop and promote best practices for SIS data management, including data collection, storage, and reporting.
Data Integration: Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate SIS data into existing systems and databases.
requirements-expected :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in system management, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within ESG or sustainability, 1as well experience in controlled financial reporting environments or finance/analytical roles.
Fluent English skills
Skills: Strong technical skills, proficiency in data management software, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Technically proficient and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
