The role

  • Involve proactively with various teams across the organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by our customers.
  • Able to analyze the product usage data from LIVE environments to identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability.
  • Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Design, document, and implement technical solutions for various types/systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects.
  • Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization’s goals.
  • Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.
  • Plan, execute, and document unit tests, report status and issues.
  • Have experience working with third‑party engineers and packages.
  • Be the escalation point for all technical issues in the project.
  • Have effective communication and global team working skills; can confidently discuss with clients about technical approaches or issues in detail.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry, MES platform and integration with other third‑party tools.
  • Good knowledge of SOA, microservices and enterprise integration with SAP.
  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure, including cloud‑native services.
  • Experienced in providing mentorship to software engineering teams, using C#, NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server.
