For one of our clients, we are looking for a Support Engineer with Spanish. This is an offer in hybrid model, 3 times a week from the office in Warsaw (near subway station).
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality technical support
- Day-to-day management of the infrastructure including scheduled and emergencies
- Incident responses include troubleshooting of the infrastructure-related issues as well as troubleshooting of platform-related issues.
- Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are a must
- Technical education or experience in IT roles preferred
- Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment
- Well-organised with effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience will be a plus
Offer
- Employment contract together with yearly bonus
- Working in hybrid model: 3 days a week
- Working hours: 9-17
