Support Engineer with Italian

We support mid-size and large corporations through offshore, onshore and nearshore IT managed services, systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing. Our service offerings include IT infrastructure outsourcing, application development/systems integration, ERP/SAP consulting, asset management, and strategic IT staffing solutions.

We are now looking for talented people to make a real contribution to our business as a Support Engineer with Italian (6 months cover) . As a Support Engineer, your primary goal is to connect our customers with our technical solutions. Your mission involves collaborating with diverse teams to identify and resolve customer issues, delivering outstanding technical support. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will play a key role in enhancing our products and services. Responsibilities

  1. Log remotely to the clients computer and help them solve software issues.
  2. Document issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system.
  3. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues.
  4. Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
  5. Help the client with all the necessary information.

Working hours

  1. Operating 7 days a week we run a variety of shifts, with flexibility to suit everyone.

Job Requirements

Qualification / Profile

  1. Strong command of English and Italian (B2+ level minimum).
  2. Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  3. Ready to acquire new skills (communication skills, technical skills, etc.).
  4. A team player that shows adaptability, flexibility and perseverance in managing a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.
  5. Willingness to help people in having continuity in their computer-based activity.
  6. Previous successful customer service experience is considered an advantage.
  7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
