Support Engineer with FRENCH

OPOLE

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end users who need assistance with computer hardware and/or software applications, mobile devices, network, etc.
2. Log all service requests into the company service call tracking system.
3. Record the problem description, including specific error messages and/or symptoms, any troubleshooting steps taken, and the result, and the solution to assist in/create knowledge base logs.
4. Follow-up on closed service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in training initiatives for new and current employees.

Qualification / Profile

1. Fluent in FRENCH.
2. Strong command of English.
3. Eager to learn new technologies.
