About The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to assist customers in achieving success with proxy networks and web scraping tools. You’ll help users troubleshoot complex issues, optimize their setups, and share your expertise through documentation and best‑practice guides.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for proxy setup and web scraping tools (e.g., Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium)
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP rotation, CAPTCHA handling, and geo‑targeting
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, tutorials, and blog posts
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve platform performance and usability
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success through clear communication and problem‑solving
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with web scraping and proxy technologies
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and customer support skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Self‑motivated, independent, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Bonus: Experience writing technical blogs, validating tests, or working with residential proxies
