We are looking for a Support Engineer (L2) to join our Maintenance & Support team of 30 specialists responsible for support of key international retailers worldwide. In this role you will troubleshoot and resolve software related issues within agreed timeframes. As this role is within a software organisation it is a great starting point for an IT focused career.
Location: part-time remotely from home and part-time from the office in Wroclaw.
responsibilities :
Troubleshooting and resolving software and database related issues within agreed timeframes and in line with internal Maintenance & Support processes,
Resolving incidents through system, application logs and other available data analysis,
Ensuring proper performance of IT supported systems,
Standard and ad hoc reporting,
Cooperation with the technical field team.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3-year experience in an IT support role,
Experience in Second Line IT support,
Communicative English – at least B1/B2,
Willingness to work in a shift system – 24/7 on rotation,
Communicative Polish,
Minimum knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP),
Knowledge of MS SQL / Postgres databases and Linux and Windows 10/11 + Windows Server operating systems.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 8,600.00 PLN gross to 12,200.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
