Business experience in application support as well as website troubleshooting (familiarity with CMSs would be an advantage)
- Good understanding of basic DevOps principles & tools (GIT, Jenkins, basic CI/CD understanding) and cloud solutions
- Great interpersonal skills and genuine desire to help people
- Ability to think outside the box
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Previous experience with ITIL framework & Agile methodologies
