The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to customers for Cloud environments and applications.
responsibilities :
Provide high quality technical support for Strategys Business Intelligence platform to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities as well as scheduled on-call coverage.
Implementation of Customer change requests in compliance with the Change Control regime.
Incident responses include troubleshooting of the infrastructure related issues as well as troubleshooting of platform related issues.
Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks.
requirements-expected :
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is an absolute must.
Technical education or experience in IT roles strongly preferred.
Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
Well-organized with effective time management skills.
Team player - always willing to give support to others and ask for help if needed.
Ability to work independently.
AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience will be a plus.
