Responsibilities

• Proactively involve with various teams across the organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by our customers.
• Analyze product usage data from live environments to identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability.
• Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
• Design, document, and implement technical solutions for various types/systems, fully aware of integration, maintenance, and migration aspects.
• Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization’s goals.
• Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
• Plan, execute, and document unit tests, report status and issues.
• Work with third‑party engineers and packages.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues in the project.
• Communicate effectively with a global team and clients, confidently discussing technical approaches or issues in detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, MES platform, and integration with other third‑party tools.
• Good knowledge of SOA, microservices, and enterprise integration with SAP.
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including cloud‑native services.
• Experience using C#, .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong object‑oriented programming (OOP) design skills, SOLID principles, and proficiency in software design patterns.
• Knowledge of .NET Development (C#) with any of the .NET Frameworks (NET Framework 4.5 or later, ASP.NET MVC5, ASP.NET Core, WCF).
• Good to have knowledge in Docker and containerization.
• Ability to write/modify SQL scripts (functions, procedures, etc.).
