Opis stanowiska pracy
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customers’ technical issues and providing assistance on X-Formation products;
- Cooperation with customers via email, phone, and/or remote sessions;
- Performing an analysis of the practical needs of customers;
- Improving customer satisfaction;
- Cooperating with the sales team and technical team.

Wymagania
Must-haves:
- IT background (eg. IT courses, education related to computer science, or any technical college);
- Ability to analyze error logs and servers’ outputs;
- Motivation to acquire new skills;
- Customer-oriented personality;
- Ability to identify customer needs and solve problems of moderate to high complexity;
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Analytical and problem resolution skills;
- Excellent communication skills (English).
Nice-to-haves:
- Understanding of Linux OS (a plus);
- Knowledge of Software Licensing;
- Knowledge of Active Directory and MySQL;
- Previous customer experience.
