Opis stanowiska pracy

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customers’ technical issues and providing assistance on X-Formation products;
  • Cooperation with customers via email, phone, and/or remote sessions;
  • Performing an analysis of the practical needs of customers;
  • Improving customer satisfaction;
  • Cooperating with the sales team and technical team.

Wymagania

Must-haves:

  • IT background (eg. IT courses, education related to computer science, or any technical college);
  • Ability to analyze error logs and servers’ outputs;
  • Motivation to acquire new skills;
  • Customer-oriented personality; 
  • Ability to identify customer needs and solve problems of moderate to high complexity;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Analytical and problem resolution skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (English).


Nice-to-haves:

  • Understanding of Linux OS (a plus);
  • Knowledge of Software Licensing;
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and MySQL;
  • Previous customer experience.
