Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia (hybryda 1 day in office per week)

Rate: up to 160 pln net/h

Contract: B2B

Industry: banking

Experience needed:

  • Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in support activity overall.
  • Candidates should have ITIL certification V3 or V4.
  • Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
  • Exposure to Capital Markets applications ( like Calypso)
  • Should be able to do following
    o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
    o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
    o Risk analysis and project execution
  • Knowledge of Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management
  • Strong knowledge pf XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions (e.g. CalMon, Splunk)

Description of knowledge:

  • Ability to follow, scale the skill matrix
  • Financial knowledge, background
  • Person who will cover daily operations on Production and Pre-Production

,[Answering business requests via email, performing daily monitoring of systems and completing the daily sanity applications. , In the scope of work we include IT Service Management tasks , Requests management (users and others IT teams) , Operations management , Application Monitoring , Incident Management , Problem Management , Continuous Service Improvement , EOD job flow monitoring, , Weekends and after business hours deployments. , Update and create documentation, be a part of shift schedule and participate in daily. Requirements: ITIL, Calypso, SQL, IBM MQ, Control-M, XML, Splunk, SLA Tools: Jira, Agile, Scrum. Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, Integration events.
